DEGROOTS Wire Flower Mini Workshop
Join me for a fun mini workshop amongst the tropical plants in the Degroots Greenhouse!
Degroots location: 1840 London Line, Sarnia, ON N7T 7H2.
I will teach you how to create your own single-line wire flower sculpture!
All materials will be provided.
Sign up solo, with a friend, or grab a whole group!
You are paying for one session, and each session is roughly 2 hours long.
What the workshop will entail:
Each participant will be tracing their own single-line drawing of up to TWO flowers using reference photos. Or freehand it, if you see a flower in the greenhouse that inspires you!
With this drawing as a reference, each participant will bend the wire with pliers, using a single continuous piece of wire.
Once finished, the participant will secure the sculpture in to a circular concrete base, that they will mix themselves.
Each base will require drying time over night, each participant will be asked to pick up their sculpture the following business day(s) at my shop, located at 251 Campbell Street, Sarnia.
